Evan Crump Evan Crump (Madame Arcati) has previously performed with 1st Stage as Bernard in Don’t Dress for Dinner. Other credits include: Richard Miller in Ah, Wilderness! and Jan Erlone in Native Son (The American Century Theater); Talbott in The Other Room (The Kennedy Center); Caligula’s Shadow in Caligula, Yepikhodov in The Cherry Orchard, and Lord Rivers in Richard III (WSC Avant Bard); Jason in False Romance (The Keegan Theatre); Giovanni in ‘Tis Pity She‘s a Whore (GeorgetownTheatre Company); Fabian in Twelfth Night and Carbon in Cyrano (Chesapeake Shakespeare Company); Vigo Jansen in The Resurrectionist King and Francis Crick in Photograph 51 (Active Cultures Theatre). His theater company, Unstrung Harpist Productions, won Best Drama honors at the 2010 Capital Fringe Festival for Genesis.

Philip Hosford Philip Hosford (Dr. Bradman) is very excited to be working with 1st Stage for the first time. Other credits include--Much Ado About Nothing and Julius Caesar (Shakespeare Theatre Company); Richard lll (Chesapeake Shakespeare Company); The Ongoing Adventures of John Blade Superhero (Apron Theatre Company); and Frozen (WATCH Awards Nomination, Best Lead Actor, Rockville Little Theatre). Directing credits include She Loves Me (two WATCH Awards Nominations, Best Director, Best Music Director, Damascus Theater Company). His studies include those at Studio Theatre, National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, University of Maryland and Washington Improv Theatre. In 1995, he founded The Academy of Fine Arts in Gaithersburg, MD where he currently serves on both the acting and piano faculties.
